Tasting Note
Straw colour, almost golden, with a very fine bubble.
His long aging provides a great aromatic complexity: There are no primary or fruity aromas, but a mixture of fresh yeast (notes of pastry), i autolysis aromas, reminiscent of smoked and cooked vegetables.
It is balanced, complex, but also soft and creamy, which does not protrude carbon.
