VINS I LICORS GRAU, S.A. places a new online shopping service at your disposal which allows you to purchase products available at our cellar from your computer. You will also be able to take advantage of promotions, gifts and special offers, thought up exclusively for you.

The use of this website is regulated in accord with our General Conditions. The following conditions regulate the sale of the products on this website by VINS I LICORS GRAU, S.A.

At this stage our products can only be distributed in Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lumxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom.

THE SHOPPING PROCESS

TRANSPORT
Items bought at the grauonline.com website are delivered by the company indicated when the order is confirmed. Delivery times will depend upon the country of destination. In order to avoid delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody available to receive the order, etc.), it is vital that the corresponding form is correctly filled out. RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES
Our objective is to be certain that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason this is not the case, the purchases can be returned within ten (10) days from the date grauonline.com receives the order. To return a product, the return and/or exchange form must be filled out. This can be obtained from Customer Services and must be attached to the returned product/s. The original delivery costs of the order will also be reimbursed. The customer will be liable for the return delivery costs. If the return of the item/s cannot be accepted because any of the aforementioned requirements have not been satisfied, VINS I LICORS GRAU will contact the customer. If VINS I LICORS GRAU delivers the wrong product by mistake or if the quality of the product is not as it should be, the customer should contact VINS I LICORS GRAU in order to arrange for the product to be retuned or exchanged.
